4:00 to 5:00 PM
12 years and up
5:00 to 7:00 PM!
Tiny Team: 3 to 5 years old
Mini Team: 5 to 8 years old - Level 1/ Level 2
Youth Team: Level 2/ Level 3
Junior Team: Level 3 / Level 4
Senior Team: Level 4

- STRETCH, FLEX AND FLY CLASSES
- JUMP TECHNIQUE CLASS
